Can you get Southwest Companion Pass twice?
First, you don't have two companion passes so don't think you can book two companions. You have one CP and can have one companion. You cannot earn CP multiple times concurrently. If your son also has a companion pass then he can also designate one companion.
To qualify for the Companion Pass, you need to earn 135,000 Companion Pass qualifying points or fly 100 one-way flights per calendar year on Southwest Airlines, which must be earned and posted to your Rapid Rewards account.
Companion Pass is the benefit that allows you to choose one person to fly with you, free of airline charges (does not include taxes and fees from $5.60 one-way) unlimited times whenever you purchase or redeem points for a flight.
You may change your designated Companion up to three times each calendar year that you maintain Companion Pass privileges. Any reservation with your current designated Companion must be canceled before changing your designated Companion. To change your Companion, you must call 1-800-435-9792.
This $5,000 minimum spend is admittedly higher than other welcome bonuses, but it pales in comparison to what you'd need to spend outside of this promotion. To earn the standard 125,000 points you'd normally need for the Companion Pass®, you'd have to pay for up to $125,000 in purchases with your Southwest card.
To get the Southwest Companion Pass, you have to either take 100 qualifying one-way flights or earn 135,000 Rapid Rewards points in one calendar year. We aren't going to waste our time with that first option, we're just gonna stick to getting those 135,000 points.
The Companion Pass allows holders to designate one companion to fly with them practically for free. Companions must simply pay taxes and fees, which start at $5.60 each way. To earn a pass, customers must either fly 100 qualifying one-way flights or earn 135,000 qualifying points in a calendar year.
With the Southwest credit card, all points earned, including those from the welcome offer, count as qualifying points. And to earn the Southwest Companion Pass, you need to earn 135,000 qualifying points in a calendar year.
The Companion Pass can fly a passenger for free to any destination Southwest flies. This includes all domestic and international destinations, including Hawaii. Note that the taxes and fees you pay on your companion ticket for international flights can be significantly more than those for domestic flights.
"Employees have free unlimited travel privileges for themselves and eligible dependents on Southwest Airlines. Eligible dependents include Spouse or Committed/Registered Partner, eligible Dependent Children under 19 years old (or up to 24 if a full-time student), and parents.
Can you buy a list status on Southwest?
You can't buy A List status on Southwest outright, but spending on co-branded Southwest credit cards can help you earn status more quickly.
If the primary ticket or the Companion ticket is cancelled, both tickets will be cancelled and the Companion ticket will not be reissued.
How often can you use Alaska Companion Fare? Alaska Airlines' Companion Fare can only be used once. It is different from the Southwest Companion Pass, which provides discounted fares for more than a calendar year. The Companion Fare can be used on one way, roundtrip or multi-city itineraries.

Your Companion Pass is valid from the date you earn 125,000 Companion Pass qualifying points up to the end of the next calendar year. For example, if you earn the companion pass on December 14, 2020, it is valid up to the end of 2021.

Once CP is active on your account you can add a companion to an existing reservation. 2. Travel after the expiration date is not eligible and you would not be able to add a companion to flights occurring after the expiration.
It's worth noting that you can only earn one Companion Voucher per 12 months per card from your renewal date (card year), and money spent beyond the required amount does not roll over. So, even if you spend £50,000 for a year on your BA Amex, you only earn one Voucher for that card year.
Delta Companion Certificates from eligible AmEx Delta Platinum cards are valid on domestic main cabin fares only. If you're a Reserve credit card holder, the Companion Certificate has more reach. A Reserve Delta AmEx companion ticket can be used for domestic first class, Comfort+, or main cabin fares.
An individual may not travel as both a Member and a Companion on the same flight. Corporations and other entities cannot be designated as Companions. Companion Pass travel has no blackout dates or seat restrictions.
Can you always add a companion on Southwest?
Reservations are required for all Companion Pass travel. You must book your flight prior to booking your designated Companion's flight. After booking your flight, visit the My Trips section of your account. Find your flight in the Upcoming Trips section and click the Add Companion link.
"The Companion Pass card is not transferrable. The Member may, however, change his/her designated Companion and request issuance of a new Companion Pass card up to three (3) times each calendar year that the Member maintains Companion Pass status.
Ongoing rewards and sign-up bonuses all count toward a traditional Companion Pass, as do the annual anniversary points you get with each card.
It's also relatively easy to get considering the many ways to earn Southwest Rapid Rewards points, many of which can be earned without even flying! You can pair the Companion Pass with any of the above award tickets on domestic and international flights to maximize the value you get out of your trip.
The Companion Pass is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which it's earned plus the entire following calendar year.
